We Raise ‘Em Right.

We raise our steers to about 1,200 pounds with great care—providing all the grass they want, a finishing touch of grain for better marbling, no hormones ever, and antibiotics only when truly necessary to keep them healthy.

They spend their days happy and healthy on an open family farm range!

We Get ‘Em Butchered.

The Butcher will divide each cow into 4 equal orders. You can order anywhere from 1 quarter of a cow, to a full cow!

The cost for a quarter of a cow ranges from $750-$850, and that includes the cost of processing. If you’re local, we’ll even deliver the meat from the butcher to your home.

We can happily provide references of families who have been buying processed cows from us for more than 15 years!

You Get Quality Beef.

When you tell us you’d like to order from us, we’ll provide a form for you to fill out which will tell the butcher how you would like your meat. You have lots of options, and we’re happy to help you through the process and answer any questions you might have.

You will receive between 100-120 lbs. of meat in freezer-ready packaging. You can choose to receive all ground beef, or you can divide up your cow into a variety of steaks and ground beef that will be cut and packaged however you’d like.
